In 2009 IKD introduced the Rotax Racer Rewards program for Australian Rotax racers.

This program works in conjunction with the Rotax Rankings system.

Each time a competitor races in Rotax on MOJO tyres (Light, Heavy, Junior, Over 35’s or Open (with a DD2 engine) they are eligible for rankings points, provided that the club sends the results to IKD for inclusion in the rankings database.

The top ten finishers in each Rotax class gain rankings points based upon the position they finish in the final and the number of competitors in the class. As each competitor gains rankings points they gain the same number of rewards points. In 2009 ALL events are rankings events, provided the clubs return the results to IKD.

These rewards points can be redeemed for an exciting range of products. These products are listed in the Rotax Racer Rewards booklet which is available for download from Rotax News section of the IKD web site at www.internationalkarting.com.au.

There are of course rules that govern the Racer Rewards program. These are detailed in the Rotax Racer Rewards booklet.

The Racer Rewards program is a first for Australian karting and will provide real incentives to race and promote Rotax.
