If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you.
Refund process
Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to IKD within 14 days of receipt.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.
Exhanges & Returns
Merchandise exchanges or returns can be made using any of the three methods below.

RaceMax have a Reply Paid address for the return of goods. Please refer to the Return Authority sent with your order for details. |
Using your own trackable and insured shipping method, mail your return to: RaceMax Pty Ltd |
Our store will accept and process all merchandise returns that are accompanied with an original invoice. |
Before sending your exchange, please fill out the Return Authority to indicate the type of exchange you'd like to make and enclose it in your package.
Returns or Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
1. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and original packaging.
2. Items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification cannot be returned.
3. All returns are to be accompanied by the Authorised Return Form sent with the order. The Authorised Return Form must be completed.
4. We will not accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage.
